Director's Shareholding

Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, was informed on 10 April 2025 that Mr Nigel Hanbury, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman and Director of the Company, purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 204 pence per share. Mr Hanbury's and persons closely associated with Mr Hanbury's total interest is now 9,529,725 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
