Helios, the investment vehicle which builds shareholder value through exposure
to Lloyd's, is pleased to announce that its Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2022, Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy
will be posted to shareholders later today and copies are available on its

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held
on Thursday 29 June 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at City of London Club, 19 Old
Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DS.
