Director/PDMR Shareholding

Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse
portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, the world's largest insurance
market, was informed on 27 August 2025 that Mr Nigel Hanbury, Non-Executive
Deputy Chairman and Director of the Company and persons closely associated
with Mr Hanbury, on the same day, sold 75,965 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") and subsequently purchased 75,965 Ordinary Shares. Mr
Hanbury's and persons closely associated with Mr Hanbury's total interest
remains unchanged at 9,529,725 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.18% of the
issued share capital of the Company.

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirement
of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
