("Helios" or the "Company")

Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM and Scrip Dividend

Further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended
31 December 2024, Helios is pleased to confirm that its Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2024, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 and
Scrip Dividend, form of proxy, scrip dividend mandate form, and electronic
communications option card will shortly be sent to shareholders.  Electronic
copies are available for download on Helios' website at www.huwplc.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 30 June 2025
at 10:00 a.m. at City of London Club, 19 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N
1DS.

Final and Special Dividend

Further to the announcement earlier today of its financial results for the
year ended 31 December 2024, the Company confirms the dates relevant to the
payment of the final dividend of 6p per share and the special dividend of 4p
per share as follows:

2 June 2025:   Announcing results and the Scrip Dividend offer

12 June 2025:  Ordinary Shares quoted ex-dividend

13 June 2025:  Record Date

20 June 2025:  Relevant Value for the Scrip Dividend New Shares announced

4 July 2025:   Final date for receipt of Scrip Dividend Mandate Election
Forms and CREST Dividend Election Input Messages

18 July 2025:   Payment of cash dividend and posting of tax vouchers

18 July 2025:   Allotment of New Shares to Certificated and CREST
Shareholders and admission for trading

Instructions for shareholders who wish to join the Scrip Dividend Scheme are
set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 and Scrip
Dividend.
