HELLENIC PETROLEUM HOLDINGS S.A. CORPORATE NAME CHANGE

 

"HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings Société Anonyme.", formerly "HELLENIC PETROLEUM
Holdings S.A." (the "Company"), announces that the Extraordinary General
Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company that took place on 20.09.22,
approved the change of the Company's corporate name to "HELLENiQ ENERGY
Holdings Société Anonyme" and its distinctive title to "HELLENiQ ENERGY
Holdings S.A." and the corresponding amendment of article 1 (Name) of the
