Aug 6 (Reuters) - OTE Telecom, Greece's largest telecommunications operator, reported on Wednesday a 0.6% rise in adjusted core earnings for the second quarter, driven by strong growth in its mobile segment and a rebound in fixed retail services.
Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose to 328.6 million euros ($380.52 million) from 326.7 million in the same period last year.
