Athens, June 25, 2026 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE SA") announces that, it issued today a €100 million bond loan due June 2027. The yield has been set at 2,951% per annum. The new bond loan was fully subscribed by Deutsche Telekom AG. 
The proceeds of the new bond loan will be used to cover general corporate needs of OTE Group.
