Athens, January 29, 2026 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A,
("OTE"), announces that, following the announcement on November 6, 2025
regarding the "Ultra-Fast Broadband Infrastructure" (UFBB) project, today
acquired 100% of TERNA FIBER S.A.

Specifically, OTE acquired from GEK TERNA S.A. in November 2025 its 100%
subsidiary, BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS SA, which holds
50.1% of TERNA FIBER SA, and today, BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
PROJECTS SA acquired the remaining 49.9% of TERNA FIBER SA from GRID TELECOM
S.A. The transactions received the relevant approvals of the competent State
Contracting Authority.

 

 

 The announcement is issued as Regulated Information in accordance with the
provisions of Law 3556/2007 [article 3, par. 1 (p), and article 21] and
Regulation 596/2014 (article 17) of the European Parliament and of the Council
on the abuse of the market.
