Αthens, November 18, 2025 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A.
("OTE" or the "Company") announces that, Mr. Evriviadis Sarsentis, Mergers
Acquisitions & Investors Relations Director OTE Group, according to his
transaction notification to the Company dated 18.11.2025, sold on 17.11.2025,
1,500 shares, at an average price of €16.8574 for a total value of
€25,286.10.

On the same day in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, Mr. Evriviadis
Sarsentis purchased 1,500 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an
average price of €16.8334 for a total value of €25,250.08 on 17.11.2025.

 

The announcement is issued as a Regulated Information, in accordance with Law
3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (p) and article 21] and Regulation No 596/2014
(article 19) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse.
