Αthens, November 24, 2025 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A.
("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award''
Program, Mr. Georgios Stratigakis, Controlling Director OTE Group, according
to his transaction notification to the Company dated 23.11.2025, purchased 500
shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €16.70 for
a total value of €8,350.00 on 20.11.2025 and on 21.11.2025 purchased 1,000
shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €16.88 for
a total value of €16,880.00

 

The announcement is issued as a Regulated Information, in accordance with Law
3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (p) and article 21] and Regulation No 596/2014
(article 19) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse.
