Αthens, November 26, 2025 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A.
("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award''
Program, Mr. Panayiotis Gabrielides, Chief Commercial Officer Consumer Segment
OTE Group, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated
25.11.2025, on the same date (25.11.2025) purchased 800 shares of OTE (LEI
ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €17.2521 for a total value of
€13,801.71.

 

The announcement is issued as a Regulated Information, in accordance with Law
3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (p) and article 21] and Regulation No 596/2014
(article 19) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse.
