 7 July 2026        Dividend payment
                    Announcement of 1(st) Half 2026 Financial Results & Analysts Conference

 29 July 2026

                    Publication of 1(st) Half 2026 Financial Report

 

The financial results for each reporting period will be posted before the
opening of the Athens Stock Exchange trading session, on the Company website

on the website of the Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant
notification to the investor community by amending the current calendar. It is
noted that dividend distribution and the relevant abovementioned dates, are
subject to the approval by the Board of Directors and the Ordinary General
Shareholders Meeting.
