Athens, January 23, 2026 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A,
("OTE" or the "Company"), announces that, in the context of OTE Shares Award
Incentive Plan for the year 2025, as approved by the Annual Shareholders
General Meeting of June 23, 2025, OTE S.A. purchased on January 21, 2026
11,329 own shares, as follows:

Following this, the Company holds 7,797,014 own shares (including 7,785,685
