Athens, January 5, 2026 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A, ("OTE"
or the "Company"), announces that, during 29/12/2025 - 02/01/2026, it
purchased 120,420 own shares, in the context of the Own Share Buy Back
Programme for 2025, as follows:
