Athens, January 12, 2026 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A,
("OTE" or the "Company"), announces that, during 05/01/2026 - 09/01/2026, it
purchased 204,211 own shares, in the context of the Own Share Buy Back
Programme for 2025, as follows:
