DECLARES FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND
 FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30 APRIL 2019
 
 
 
Henderson Diversified Income Trust plc (the "Company") has declared a first interim dividend of 1.10p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 30 April 2019 payable on 28 September 2018 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 7 September 2018.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 6 September 2018.
