INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

YEAR ENDING 30 SEPTEMBER 2025

 

 

The Board of Henderson European Trust plc is pleased to declare an interim
dividend of 1.40p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 30
September 2025, payable on 27 June 2025 to shareholders on the register of
members on 30 May 2025. The Company's shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 29
May 2025.

 

As indicated in the Company's 2024 Annual Report, following completion of the
corporate action in 2024, dividends have returned to their normal pattern of
smaller interim and larger final dividends.

 

Half-year results for the period ended 31 March 2025 will be announced by the
end of June 2025, and will include an update on the Board's review of options.
