Total Voting Rights as at 28 February 2026

 

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, we notify the
market of the following:

 

As at 28 February 2026, the Company's capital consisted of 74,385,131 ordinary
shares of 25p each. The Company held 16,821,413 ordinary shares in treasury
and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company was 57,563,718.
On a poll, members have one vote for each share held. There are also 4,257
preference stock units in issue, which do not carry voting rights.

 

The above figure for ordinary shares (57,563,718) may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,
the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
