Saba Capital Secures Major Liquidity Win for Herald Investment Trust Shareholders, Marking Sixth Successful Outcome of Seven Original UK Campaigns

 

Saba Capital Management, L.P. (together with certain of its affiliates, "Saba" or "we"), the largest shareholder of Herald Investment Trust PLC (HRI:LSE) ("HRI" or the "Company"), today announced that its engagement has delivered a landmark outcome for HRI shareholders. Following Saba's negotiations with the Board, the Company has announced a tender offer for up to 66 percent of its issued share capital.
