Change of Chairman of the Board

As outlined in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, the Board is pleased
to confirm that Andrew Joy was appointed Chairman of the Board, following the
conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held yesterday, 18
April 2023.

Following his retirement at the conclusion of the AGM, the Board would like to
thank Tom Black for his invaluable contribution as Chairman over the past two
years, and as a non-executive director prior to that. The Board would like to
wish Tom all the best for the future.
