Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company has been informed that Stephanie Eastment, a non-executive
director of the Company, today bought 300 ordinary shares of 25p nominal value
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
17.419599p per share.

 

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Stephanie Eastment holds a total of
3,200 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,500 Ordinary Shares are held
non-beneficially by a connected person.
