   would have been if re-refinery operated at capacity 
 * Shutdown of Indianapolis re-refinery led to losses related to the

 * During Q4, will record expenses related to the FCC environmental acquisition 
   and integration of $3.1 million 
 * Sees Q4 2014 revenue $115 million to $125 million 
 * Says expect revenue for the fiscal year 2015 to be in the range of $405
