total issued share capital of the Company consisted of 458,129,808 ordinary
shares of 2.5 pence each with voting rights.

 

The above figure (458,129,808) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, HgCapital Trust
