HgCapital Trust plc ("the Company") announces that, as at 31 October 2022, the
total issued share capital of the Company consisted of 457,728,500 ordinary
shares of 2.5 pence each with voting rights (excluding 401,308 shares
purchased on 13 October 2022, which are pending cancellation).

 

The above figure (457,728,500) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, HgCapital Trust
plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
