Transaction in Own Shares

HgCapital Trust plc ("HgT" or the "Company") announces that on 20 March 2026
the Company purchased 31,310 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each at an average price
of 400.607p per share through Deutsche Numis as part of the Share Buyback
Programme announced on 6 February 2026. The purchased shares will be held in
treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued share capital is 457,728,500
Ordinary Shares. The Company will hold a total of 3,134,197 Ordinary Shares in
treasury, which do not carry any voting rights. Accordingly, the total number
of voting rights in the Company is 454,594,303 Ordinary Shares. This figure
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the purposes of calculating
whether or not they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
