As at 30 September 2014, the issued share capital of the Company (excluding 44,571,799 Sterling Shares and 1,152,000 US Dollar Shares held in treasury) is as follows:
Sterling Shares:  402,088,448
Euro Shares: 7,250,121
US Dollar Shares: 40,493,113
All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 449,831,682 (excluding 44,571,799 Sterling Shares and 1,152,000 US Dollar Shares held in treasury) and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
