TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Further to the announcement of the rectification of the conversion error released by the Company on 14 March 2016 under RNS number 9655R, the Company announces that its issued share capital is now 131,627,733 Sterling Shares, of which none are held in treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of shares with voting rights in issue is 131,627,733 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
