The Board of Highbridge Tactical Credit Fund Limited confirms that the Annual
General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday 2 December 2022 at
10:00hrs at the Company's registered office, Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St
Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1GR.

 

Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be sent
to all shareholders. Additional copies are available from the Company's
registered office and are available on the Company website at
