Responsibilities (PDMRs)

The Company announces that it has been advised that Andrew Sutch, a Director
of the Company, has acquired 972 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") following the automatic reinvestment of dividend proceeds. Following
this transaction, Mr Sutch holds a total of 63,027 Ordinary Shares, which
equates to 0.005% of the issued share capital.

investment company established to offer investors a pure-play exposure to
songs and associated musical intellectual property rights. The Company has
raised a total of almost £1.3 billion (gross equity capital) through its
Initial Public Offering on 11 July 2018, and subsequent issues in April
