The Board of Hipgnosis announces that Sylvia Coleman has resigned as
independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Robert Naylor, Chairman of Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited, said:

I am especially appreciative of the help she's provided to me and my fellow
