A$10.79; among top gainers on the benchmark S&P ASX 200  .AXJO 
    ** Investment manager to buy Australian data centre
operating platform iseek for A$400 mln ($263 mln)
    ** Says acquisition in line with its recently announced
strategy to establish a global digital infrastructure platform
by the end of next month
    ** Stock set for fourth straight session of gains
    ** HMC up ~73% YTD
