Australia's HMC Capital hits 2-month high on reaffirming annual outlook

** Shares of HMC Capital HMC.AX rise as much as 19.4% to A$3.01, their highest level since February 23

** Stock on track for its best session since April 1, if gains hold

** The asset manager reaffirms operating EPS (pre-tax) guidance for fiscal year 2026 of more than 40 Australian cents per share, dividend forecast of 12 Australian cents per share

** Says investment income FY26 estimated at more than A$53 million  ($38.31 million)

** HMC stock down 26.5% YTD, including the session's moves
