    ** Asset manager says it has entered into final
documentation to acquire digital infrastructure asset manager
StratCap for $28.5 million in cash and scrip
    ** Over 565,400 shares change hands, 1.2x the 30-day avg
volume
    ** Stock up ~14% YTD, as of last close
