   HMS Group management increases its share in the charter capital

    

   HMS Group (LSE: HMSG) announces today that one of its managers has
   acquired 975 (nine hundred seventy five) of HMS Global depositary receipts
   using his own funds. The Company is currently in a closed period; the
   purchase was made by the manager's broker, pursuant to an irrevocable
   instruction prior to commencement of the closed period.
