   HMS Group (LSE: HMSG) announces the results of the Company's Board of
   Directors meeting held through a videoconference call on September 23,
   2020.

   The Board of Directors considered and adopted the Audit Committee  Report,
   the Six  Months  2020  IFRS  Consolidated  Financial  Statements  and  the
   adjusted Financial Plan (budget) for the year 2020.
