   HMS Group (LSE: HMSG) announces the results of the Company's Board of
   Directors meeting held through a videoconference call on December 09,
   2020.

   The Board of Directors considered and adopted the Nine Months 2020 IFRS
   Consolidated Financial Statements and the list of participants of the
   Long-Term Incentive Program for the Group's key executives for 2021.
