HollyFrontier, Holly Energy Partners to buy two Sinclair companies in about 1.8 bln deal

Aug 3 (Reuters) - HollyFrontier Corp  HFC.N  and Holly
Energy Partners  HEP.N  said on Tuesday they would buy Sinclair
Oil Corp and Sinclair Transportation Company from The Sinclair
Companies, in a deal valuing both at about $1.8 billion.
