    ** Mr Cooper Group Inc  COOP.O  will acquire HMPT for $324
million in cash
    ** HMPT had a market cap of $253.33 mln as of Wednesday
close - Refinitiv
    ** COOP is a non-bank servicer of residential mortgage
loans; shares down 1.14% at 42.51 after the bell    
    ** Transaction expected to close in Q3
    ** YTD, HMPT up 39%, COOP up 7%
