Home REIT appoints Peter Williams as Senior Independent Director

The Board of Home REIT plc announces the appointment of Peter Williams as
Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

Peter, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has over 30 years of Board level
experience achieved in both an executive and non-executive capacity. During
this time he has been involved in significant corporate activity in relation
to buying and selling companies, IPOs and restructuring. His experience in
capital reconstructions include those of JJB, Blacks, EMI and Jaeger working
with both equity shareholders and debt providers. He has led or played a
leading role in five IPOs including Selfridges (to which he was Chief
Financial Officer and subsequently Chief Executive), Cineworld, boohoo,
Domino's in Turkey, and Mister Spex. His extensive non-executive experience
includes Board roles at Rightmove, Superdry, Cineworld, GCap Media, Capital
Radio, U+I, Sophia Webster, Sportech, Silverstone, Erno Laszlo and Miinto A/S.

 

He is currently Chairman of Mister Spex SE, a multi-channel eyewear retailer
based in Berlin and listed in Frankfurt; Chairman of ACS Clothing, the UK's
leading circular fashion enabler; and a trustee of Somerset House in London.

 

Michael O'Donnell, Non-Executive Chair said: "Peter brings deep and extensive
corporate experience gained over many years of working across different
businesses in a variety of circumstances. I believe his insight and skills
will be of great value as we make further steps forward in stabilising the
business."

 

There are no further items requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13
