Deals of the day-Mergers and acquisitions

Jan 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on
Wednesday:
    ** Global commodity trader Trafigura said it has completed
the sale of its 24.5% stake in Russia-backed Indian refiner
Nayara Energy to Hara Capital Sarl, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Mareterra Group Holding formerly known as Genera Group Holding.
    ** Standard Chartered  STAN.L  said it is looking to explore
alternative options, including a sale, for its aviation finance
unit, which it said represents around 2% of its group income.
    ** British oil producer Hurricane Energy  HUR.L  said on
Tuesday it had received proposals in a formal sales process
(FSP) which require further study.
    ** Bankrupt crypto lender Voyager Digital received initial
court approval on Tuesday for a proposed $1 billion sale of its
assets to Binance.US, and said it will seek to expedite a U.S.
national security review of the deal.
