Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Hurricane Energy plc, the UK based oil and gas company, announces that the
notice of the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the associated
form of proxy have been published today in the Investors section of the
Company's website at www.hurricaneenergy.com
(http://www.hurricaneenergy.com/) .

 

Printed copies of the notice of AGM, form of proxy and the Company's Annual
Report and Group Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 will
be posted today to registered shareholders who have elected to receive paper
communications.

 

The Company's AGM will be held on 29 June 2022 at 11.00 a.m. at The Science
Suite, Royal Society of Chemistry, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, W1J
0BA.

 

All shareholders are encouraged to submit their vote by proxy, well in advance
of the meeting. Details of how to do this are contained in the notice of AGM.
All valid proxy votes (whether submitted electronically or in hard copy form)
will be included in the poll vote to be taken at the meeting.

 

The result of the AGM will be announced after its conclusion and published on
the Company's website.
