bond via a pool of banks on Tuesday, attracting demand

    The Italian motorway and airport caterer, which has a
"negligible" exposure to Russia, said it was selling its

    The company and Samsung SDI  006400.KS  said on Tuesday they
will invest more than $2.5 billion to build a new joint venture
battery plant in Kokomo, Indiana as the Chrysler-parent ramps up

    It also said on Tuesday that it has offered some workers at
its plant in Serbia a choice between moving abroad for two years

    Rome, trade union CGIL holds congress; opening ceremony with

    Milan Stock Exchange 'Borsa Italiana' continues "Euronext
Growth Conference" online; ends on May 26.
    Milan, Bocconi University holds event in memory of Alberto
Alesina; Prime Minister Mario Draghi delivers speech (1515 GMT).
    Bologna, "Food Industry Summit" event in presence and
online; expected attendees include illimity  ILTY.MI  CEO
Corrado Passera (0700 GMT).
    Brescia, state lender Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) holds
inauguration ceremony for the new office in Brescia (1330 GMT);
followed by conference "Resources and projects for Lombardy
region", Chairman Giovanni Gorno Tempini delivers welcome
address (1430 GMT); expected attendees CDP Vice Director General
