Australia's iCandy Interactive climbs on acquisition of Flying Sheep Studios

** Shares of mobile game interactive iCandy Interactive
 ICI.AX  rise as much as 7.7% to A$0.07, gaining the most since
May 30
    ** Co acquires a 60% stake in a German game development
company  Flying Sheep Studios GmbH  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2XU0LW
    ** Co bought the stake for 2 mln euros ($2.14 mln)  
    ** Co says the move will help expand its presence in the
European market 
    ** Stock down nearly 52% this year, as of last close
