Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC ("the Company") announces the sale of National Fostering Agency. The investment was held both directly and through Graphite Capital Partners VII and was the fifth largest underlying investment at 31 January.
The disposal generates net cash proceeds of 11.9 million for the Company and, in isolation, increases the net asset value per share by 0.5% or 3.6p compared with that at 31 January.
