ICG Enterprise Trust plc ("the Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 
31 January 2016, which includes the Notice of AGM, is now available to view on the Company's website at
www.icg-enterprise.co.uk
The Annual Report and Accounts and Form of Proxy will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive them in hard copy form. The AGM will take place on 14 June 2016 at Stationers' Hall, Ave Maria Lane, London, EC4M 7DD at 1.00p.m.
The Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
