    * MHI MY 1 Sdn Bhd entered into a conditional sale and 
purchase agreement with Geo Metal Sdn. Bhd. and Leong Poh Hoong 
    * Agreement to acquire 100% interest for a purchase 
consideration of 85.5 million rgt 
    * Agreement to acquire 100% interest in commercial freehold 
land and 10-storey building erected thereon, currently operating 
as Geo Hotel
