Directorate Changes

As outlined in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, the Board confirms
that Glen Suarez was appointed Chairman of the Board, following the conclusion
of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held yesterday, 16 May 2023.

Following his retirement at the conclusion of the AGM, the Board would like to
thank John Scott for his invaluable contribution as Chairman over the past 9
years, and as a non-executive director prior to that.

The Board would also like to thank Vicky Hastings for her considerable
contribution as a non-executive director over the past 10 years. Vicky retired
as a director at the conclusion of the AGM.

As previously announced, the Board is pleased to confirm that Guy Walker has
been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate
effect.
