Interim Dividend

 

The Board of Impax Environmental Markets plc is pleased to declare a second
interim dividend for the 2025 financial year of 3.2 pence per Ordinary Share
(2024: 3.2 pence), payable on 6 March 2026 to shareholders who appear on the
register on 13 February 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 12 February 2026.
This equates to a total dividend for the 2025 financial year of 5.1 pence per
Ordinary share (2024: 5.0 pence), an increase of 2 per cent. It remains the
Board's intention to pay out substantially all earnings by way of a dividend,
the quantum of which is affected both by the level of dividends received by
the Company and by the number of shares in issue.
