TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company
announces that as of 31 May 2024, the issued share capital of the Company
consisted of 305,623,539 ordinary Shares of 1p each, of which 43,097,200
ordinary shares were held in treasury and 262,526,339 ordinary shares were in
circulation. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
262,526,339.

This figure (262,526,339) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the
FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive the Company's Home Member State
is the United Kingdom.
