 Transactions in Own Shares

 Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 9 June 2022 it purchased
 250,000 of its own ordinary shares in the market at a price of £4.257000 per
 share.  These shares will be held in treasury.
 Following this share re-purchase, the Company's issued share capital is
 305,623,539 ordinary shares.  The Company is holding 877,500 of these shares
 in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting
 rights in the Company is 304,746,039.
